摘　　要：目的:探讨东芝APlio彩超诊断仪对羊水过少的诊断价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年1月收治的50例羊水过少晚期妊娠孕妇与同期的50例羊水量正常晚期妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,分别作为观察组和对照组,对比两组妊娠结局。结果:与对照组相对比,观察组妊娠结局明显较差,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用东芝APlio彩超诊断仪对晚期妊娠羊水过少孕妇进行相关的检查诊断,使医师对孕妇具体的妊娠情况有更好地了解,使孕妇能得到更有效的救治,减少不良妊娠结局的发生次数。Objective:To study the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in oligohydramnios with Toshiba APlio color ultrasound.Methods:50 cases of late pregnancy with oligohydramnios and 50 cases of late pregnancy with normal amniotic fluid in the same period were selected from January 2019 to January 2020 as the research objects,respectively,as the observation group and the control group.The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the pregnancy outcome of the observation group was worse,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Toshiba APlio color ultrasound diagnosis instrument for late pregnancy oligohydramnios pregnant women related examination and diagnosis,so that doctors have a better understanding of the specific pregnancy situation of pregnant women,so that pregnant women can get more effective treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
