摘　　要：目的:探讨分析应用荧光定量PCR仪检测乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA的结果。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年9月本院收治的30例乙型肝炎患者,按数字法随机分两组,各15例,对照组仪器采用RLC480仪检测,观察组仪器采用荧光定量PCR仪检测,通过对患者HBV DNA水平的测定,对比分析不同仪器检测的结果。结果:RLC480型荧光定量PCR仪器和ABI7500型荧光定量PCR仪器两种仪器测定结果未出现离群值;两台仪器的检测HBV DNA结果的相关性良好(r>0.975);两台PCR检测仪器检测结果的偏倚度百分比为3.18%(<7.51%),一致性良好,且系统误差在可接受的范围内。结论:ABI7500型荧光定量PCR仪器和RLC480型荧光定量PCR仪器检测HBA DNA的一致性极高,误差小,测算乙型肝炎DNA结果偏倚度在可控范围内,两种仪器运用于乙型肝炎的测量结果可用于以后的临床检测中。Objective:To discuss the analysis of the results of the detection of hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA using a fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument.Methods:30 cases of hepatitis B patients admitted to this hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number method,each with 15 cases.The control group was tested by RLC480 instrument,and the observation group was tested by fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument.The HBV DNA level of the patients was measured by To compare and analyze the results of different instruments.Results:The RLC480 type fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument and the ABI7500 type fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument showed no outliers in the measurement results;The HBV DNA detection results of the two instruments have a good correlation(r>0.975);The bias percentage of the detection results of the two PCR detection instruments was 3.18%(<7.51%),which was consistent with good consistency,and the systematic error was within an acceptable range.Conclusion:The ABI7500 fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument and the RLC480 fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument have extremely high consistency in detecting HBADNA,with small errors.The bias of the results of hepatitis B DNA measurement is within a controllable range.The two instruments are used in the measurement of hepatitis B.The results can be used in future clinical testing.
