摘  要:目的:探讨7S管理法在一次性无菌医疗器械库管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月医院所购进的600件一次性医疗器械为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组300件物品。对照组实施常规管理方法,观察组实施7S管理法,对比两组一次性无菌医疗器械库中医疗器械管理环节指标的情况。结果:观察组医疗器械管管理环节指标均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论:将7S管理法应用在一次性无菌医疗器械库管理中,能够降低发放不准确和标识不正确的发生率,从整体上提高一次性无菌医疗器械库管理水平,实现了优质的管理服务质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of 7S management method in disposable sterile medical device warehouse management.Methods:600 disposable medical devices purchased from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 300 items in each group.The control group implemented the conventional management method,and compared the indicators of the management link of medical devices in the disposable sterile medical device warehouse between the two groups.Results:The indicators of medical device management link in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 7S management method in the management of disposable sterile medical device warehouse can reduce the incidence of inaccurate distribution and incorrect identification,improve the management level of disposable sterile medical device warehouse as a whole,and achieve high-quality management service quality.
