摘　　要：为了促进分布式能源发展,我国颁布了一系列优惠政策,但分布式能源项目发展是否合理,需要从技术和经济角度进行后评价.选取了16个适用于分布式能源项目的技术经济后评价指标,定义了各关键指标的计算方法,根据重要相关性设置了指标权重值,编制了指标评价标准,构建了基于成功度法的技术经济后评价模型.以燃气轮机发电技改项目为例进行了实证,对技术经济后评价各指标进行了分析和计算,得到了该分布式能源项目技术经济后评价结果,为分布式能源项目综合后评价工作提供了参考依据.In order to promote the development of distributed energy,our country has promulgated some preferential policies,however,it is necessary to evaluate the development of distributed energy projects from technical and economic perspectives.This paper selects 16 parameters for the technical economic evaluation of distributed energy projects,defines the calculation methods of key indexes,according to the important correlation sets the index weight values,compiles the index evaluation criteria,based on the success degree method constructs the technical economic post evaluation model.Taking the gas turbine power generation technical transformation project as an example,this paper analyze and calculate the technical and economic post evaluation indexes,obtain the technical and economic post evaluation result of the distributed energy projects,provide a reference basis for the comprehensive post evaluation of distributed energy projects.
