摘 要:利用物理气相沉积(PVD)在钛丝绳表面沉积黄铜镀层,研究了钛基体表面处理、黄铜镀层成分、镀层厚度以及镀层形貌对钛丝绳和橡胶粘合力的影响。结果表明,有效去除钛基体表面钝化层并采用打底过渡层方式,可以提高黄铜镀层和钛基体的结合力;钛丝绳和橡胶粘合力随着黄铜镀层中Zn含量的升高而增加,Zn≥30%时进入增长平台区;镀层厚度增加会降低钛丝绳和橡胶粘合力,而膜层表面粗糙度增大则有利于粘合力的提高。The brass was coated on the surface of titanium ropes by physical vapor deposition(PVD),the effects of titanium substrate surface treatment,brass coating composition,coating thickness and coating profile on adhesion of titanium rope and rubber were studied.The results showed that the effective removal of the surface passivation layer of the titanium substrate and the use of the bottoming transition layer could improve the binding force of the brass coating and the titanium.The binding force between the titanium rope and the rubber increased with the growth of Zn content in the brass coating,and went to growth platform area when the Zn content≥30%.The increase of thickness would reduce the adhesion,while the increase of surface roughness of the rope was conductive to the adhesion.
