摘　　要：阿米莉亚出生四个星期了。在家访护士的要求下,阿米莉亚的母亲露西因孩子的生长问题前来就诊。阿米莉亚是露西的第一个孩子,出生后由母乳喂养,她刚刚恢复了出生体重。在父母持有的儿童健康记录生长图中显示,阿米莉亚目前的体重位于第25百分位,而出生时是第75百分位。露西担心她是否能满足阿米莉业的营养需求。
