摘　　要：本文中报道1例双相情感障碍患者服用碳酸锂出现散发皮疹伴瘙痒,并确诊为色素性扁平苔藓,停用碳酸锂后皮疹好转;包括碳酸锂在内的多种情感稳定剂均有可能导致皮疹的不良反应,但国内外鲜有色素性扁平苔藓的报道,希望通过对本案例的报道能引起临床医生的注意。In the clinical work,a patient with bipolar disorder who took lithium carbonate was found to have sporadic skin rash with itching and was diagnosed as lichen planus pigmentosum.After discontinuing lithium carbonate,the skin rash was improved.A variety of affective stabilizers including lithium carbonate have adverse reactions of skin rash,but there are few reports of lichen planus pigmentosum within China and abroad.Sharing this case could help to attract the attention on this adverse reaction in clinicians.
