摘  要:目的探究血清miR-1和miR-133表达水平与2型糖尿病患者冠心病发病风险的相关性。方法选择2015年4月-2018年11月广元市第四人民医院收治的41例60岁以上的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象(研究组),根据研究组患者年龄以及性别匹配41例单纯2型糖尿病患者作为对照组。比较两组患者血清中miR-1和miR-133水平,分析miR-1和miR-133水平与2型糖尿病患者合并冠心病的相关性,并评估miR-1和miR-133诊断2型糖尿病患者合并冠心病的价值。结果研究组血清中miR-1和miR-133水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-1和miR-133是影响2型糖尿病合并冠心病的独立危险因素。miR-1、miR-133、miR-1联合miR-133均具有较好的诊断效果,miR-1、miR-1联合miR-133能有效区别2型糖尿病是否合并有冠心病。结论miR-1、miR-133是2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的独立危险因素,miR-1、miR-1联合miR-133可能作为预测2型糖尿病合并冠心病的生物标志物。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of miR-1 and miR-133 and the risk of coronary heart disease in type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods Patients diagnosed as T2DM with coronary heart disease(CHD)and older than 60 years admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to November 2018 were selected as subjects.According to patients age and sex,T2DM patients without CHD were selected as the controls,41 subjects per group.The levels of miR-1 and miR-133 of serum between each group were compared,and the correlation between miR-1 and miR-133 levels and the risk of CHD in patients with T2DM were evaluated.The diagnosis value of miR-1 and miR-133 value were analyzed.Results The expression levels of miR-1 and miR-133 in CHD group were significantly higher than those in non-CHD group and control group.miR-1 and miR-133 were independent risk factors for T2DM combined with CHD;miR-1,miR-133,miR-1 combined with miR-133 had excellent and significant when a comparison was made between T2D patients with CAD and controls;miR-1,miR-1 combined with miR-133 had excellent and significant when a comparison was made between T2DM patients with CAD and T2DM patients without CAD.Conclusions Upregulation of miR-1 and miR-133 were independent risk factors for T2DM patients with CHD.miR-1 and miR-1 combined with miR-133 could be used as biomarkers for predicting T2DM patients with CHD.
