摘 要:为了解决PLA纤维染深性差的问题,选取肉桂酸甲酯为载体,分析染色工艺对C.I.分散红73上染PLA纤维的影响,并测试了载体染色对PLA纤维基本性能的影响。结果表明,在染色pH为4.8,染色温度为100℃,载体用量为3 g/L时,得色量较高;载体染色PLA纤维的耐日晒、耐汗渍、耐皂洗色牢度均能达到3~4级或以上;载体染色使PLA纤维的玻璃化转变温度下降,对纱线断裂强力和断裂伸长率的影响不大。In order to solve the problem of poor dyeing depth of PLA fiber,methyl cinnamate was selected as carrier to analyze the influence of dyeing process on dyeing property of PLA fiber dyed with C.I.disperse red 73.And the effect of carrier dyeing on the basic properties of PLA fiber was tested.The results showed that the color quantity was higher when the dyeing pH was 4.8,the dyeing temperature was 100℃,and the carrier dosage was 3 g/L.The color fastness of carrier dyed PLA fiber to sunlight,perspiration and soaping could reach 3~4 grades or above.The carrier dyeing reduced the glass transition temperature of PLA fiber and had little effect on the breaking strength and breaking elongation.
