涤棉织物高效短流程前处理增白工艺

摘　　要：介绍了涤棉混纺织物的高效短流程前处理增白工艺,在织物的前处理过程中,实现退浆、漂白、增白的过程,缩短织物增白生产工艺流程,降低成本。结果表明,涤棉混纺织物经过该短流程前处理增白工艺处理,能获得优异的增白效果。The high efficient short process pretreatment whitening process of polyester/cotton blended fabric was introduced.In the pretreatment process of fabric,the desizing,bleaching and whitening could be realized to shorten the production process of fabric whitening and reduce the cost.The results showed that the excellent whitening effect of polyester/cotton blended fabric could be obtained after the short pretreatment process.
