化学发光分析仪检测乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物的性能分析

摘　　要：目的:研究化学发光分析仪在检测乙型肝炎病毒标志物中的性能。方法:取本院2018年1月~2018年12月收治的确诊乙型肝炎患者80例为研究对象,随机均分成对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予ELISA法检测病毒五项标志物,观察组给予雅培i2000化学发光分析仪测病毒五项标志物。对比检测准确率。结果:两种方法检测后HBsAb符合32例,符合率80%,HBeAb符合33例,符合率82.5%、HBcAb符合37例,符合率92.5%,HBsAg符合35例,符合率87.5%,HBeAg符合率35例为87.5%。观察组明显优于对照组,且数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化学发光分析仪检测乙肝标志物的准确率高于ELISA法,且操作方便,误诊率低。Objective:To study the performance of chemiluminescence analyzer in detecting hepatitis B virus markers.Methods:80 cases of confirmed hepatitis B patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each.The control group was given ELISA method to detect five virus markers,the observation group gave the Abbott i2000 chemiluminescence analyzer to measure five markers of the virus.Compare the detection accuracy rate.Results:After the two methods,32 cases of HBsAb were in line with a coincidence rate of 80%,33 cases of HBeAb were in line with a coincidence rate of 82.5%,37 cases of HBcAb were in line with a coincidence rate of 92.5%,and 35 cases of HBsAg were in line with a coincidence rate of 87.5%.The coincidence rate of HBeAg was 87.5%.35 cases were 87.5%.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chemiluminescence analyzer is more accurate in detecting hepatitis B markers than the ELISA method.It is easy to operate and has a low misdiagnosis rate.
