摘　　要：目的:探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术联合超声刀痔切除对混合痔患者术后康复及预后的影响。方法:选择2017年8月~2019年8月于本院就诊的混合痔患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组予以吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术,观察组加用超声刀痔切除术。比较两组肛肠动力指标,并探讨术后并发症状况。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术及愈合时间均少于对照组;而肛管最大收缩压、肛管静息压均高于对照组,肛管高压区长度长于对照组;且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术联合超声刀痔切除可改善混合痔患者肛肠动力学指标,降低术后并发症发生率,值得广泛应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of prolapse and hemorrhoidectomy combined with Ultrasonic Scalpel hemorrhoidectomy on postoperative rehabilitation and prognosis of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:78 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The control group was given stapler hemorrhoid mucosa circumcision and nailing,and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic knife hemorrhoidectomy.The anorectal motility index and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The amount of bleeding,operation and healing time in the observation group were less than those in the control group;the maximum anal systolic pressure and anal resting pressure were higher than those in the control group,and the length of anal high pressure area was longer than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stapler hemorrhoids and hemorrhoids circular incision and stapling combined with Ultrasonic Scalpel hemorrhoidectomy can improve the anorectal dynamic indexes of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,which is worthy of wide application.
