摘  要:目的:分析全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪对临床相关细菌的鉴定能力及应用价值。方法:选择本院临床院内标本120例患者,其呼吸道、生殖道、泌尿系统、血液样本当中分离出的菌株,以及本院医学资料库当中保存的参考菌株60例,以及4例国家资料库提供的质控菌株作为本次检测的样本。选择德国西门子公司生产的MicroScan AutoScan-4细菌鉴定及药敏分析仪,以及相对应的6套鉴定标卡作为实验仪器,对比不同菌株的鉴定正确率、鉴定耗费时间以及药敏试验结果。结果:5例质控菌株各自检测十次,共50次,鉴定重复率为100%,60例革兰氏阳性菌鉴定正确率为92.54%,60例革兰氏阴性菌中鉴定正确率为97.5%。结论:药敏分析仪具有较好的检测效果,可以在比较短的时间内给出准确的鉴定结果。Objective:To analyze the ability and application value of automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer for clinically relevant bacteria.Methods:A total of 120 patients in the hospital’s clinical laboratory specimens were selected from the respiratory tract,reproductive tract,urinary system,and blood samples,as well as 60 reference strains stored in the hospital’s medical database,and 4 national databases.The quality control strain was used as a sample for this test.The MicroScan AutoScan-4 bacterial identification and drug sensitivity analyzer produced by Siemens AG of Germany and the corresponding 6 sets of identification cards were selected as experimental instruments to compare the identification accuracy,identification time and drug sensitivity test results of different strains.Results:5 quality control strains were tested 10 times for a total of 50 times.The identification repetition rate was 100%.The correct rate of identification of 60 Gram-positive bacteria was 92.54%.The correct rate of identification of 60 Gram-negative bacteria was 97.5%.Conclusion:The drug sensitivity analyzer has a good detection effect and can give accurate identification results in a relatively short time.
