宫腔镜手术联合LNG-IUS治疗子宫内膜增生息肉的临床预后分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜手术联合LNG-IUS治疗子宫内膜增生息肉的临床预后。方法:选择本院2018年1月~2018年12月收治的100例子宫内膜增生息肉患者,随机均分2组,每组各50例,对照组采用宫腔镜手术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合LNG-IUS治疗,对比两组临床预后效果。结果:(1)术后3月、6月、12月研究组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组(P<0.05);(2)术后3月、6月、12月研究组月经量小于对照组(P<0.05);(3)研究组术后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜手术联合LNG-IUS治疗子宫内膜增生息肉的临床预后良好,可有效降低患者子宫内膜厚度,减少月经量,且复发率低。Objective:Explore the clinical prognosis of hysteroscopic surgery combined with LNG-IUS in the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia polyps.Methods:100 patients with endometrial hyperplasia polyp were selected in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018,they were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,the control group was treated with hysteroscopy,the study group was treated with LNG-IUS on the basis of the control group,the clinical prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results:(1)The endometrial thickness of the study group was less than that of the control group at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation(P<0.05);(2)The amount of menstruation decreased in 3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation,the amount of menstruation at each time point in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);(3)The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prognosis of hysteroscopic surgery combined with LNG-IUS is good,it can reduce the thickness of endometrium,reduce the amount of menstruation,and the recurrence rate is low.
