摘　　要：目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭患者的血清乳酸、降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的含量变化。方法:选取本院2016年6月~2019年6月收治的110例呼吸衰竭患者,并将上述患者随机分为两组,其中对照组患者进行常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上实施无创呼吸机治疗,对比观察治疗前后两组患者血清乳酸、PCT和CRP含量的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后的血清乳酸、PCT和CRP含量均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组变化幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭患者时的效果十分显著。Objective:To explore the changes of serum lactate,procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilator.Methods:110 patients with respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with non-invasive ventilator on the basis of conventional therapy.The changes of serum lactate,PCT and CRP were compared before and after treatment.Results:The contents of serum lactate,PCT and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the changes in the study group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure is very significant.
