摘　　要：多叶准直器从1965年诞生并用于产生很好的适形辐射野后,便获得了快速地发展,现已广泛应用于主流的放射治疗技术中,成为现代医用直线加速器治疗准直器的重要组成部分。MLC的稳定工作对放疗计划实施和治疗效果具有重要的影响作用,本文对西门子Primus H直线加速器出现的不常见的三例多叶准直器故障及排除方法进行分析,以供参考。Multileaf Collimator have been developed rapidly since 1965,when they were used to produce good conformal radiation fields.It has been widely used in the mainstream radiotherapy technology and has become an important part of the collimator for the treatment of modern medical linear accelerator.The stable operation of MLC plays an important role in the implementation of radiotherapy plan and the therapeutic effect.In this paper,three unusual cases of multiblade collimator faults in Siemens Primus H linear accelerator and their troubleshooting methods are analyzed for reference.
