摘　　要：为了促使医疗改革工作顺利落实,医院档案管理工作就应积极响应医疗改革的号召,为医疗事业未来发展奠定基础。鉴于此,本文以医院档案管理为切入点,针对医院档案管理问题进行了分析,并提出改进举措,助力医疗事业稳定发展。in order to promote the smooth implementation of medical reform,hospital archives management should actively respond to the call of medical reform and lay the foundation for the future development of medical cause.In view of this,this paper takes the hospital archives management as the breakthrough point,analyzes the problems of hospital archives management,and puts forward improvement measures to help the stable development of medical cause.
