摘 要:针对装备种类、型号和数量的复杂性以及装备与地理环境、电磁环境的深度耦合带来的装备部署中决策者主观评价影响部署形式决策的问题,利用GIOWA算子的按重要程度集结信息的特性,提出基于GIOWA算子的语言型多属性决策方法。通过语言标度和三角模糊数对复杂的难以确切描述的装备效能评估指标进行量化处理,利用GIOWA算子集结按重要程度重新排序的评估信息,克服了主观因素影响过大的弊端。通过仿真验证了该方法可以得到更为客观的评估结果,进而对部署决策方案进行排序和择优。Aiming at the problem that the decision maker’s subjective evaluation affects the deployment form decision due to the complexity of equipment type,model and quantity and the deep coupling between equipment and geographical environment and electromagnetic environment,a language-based multi-attribute decision-making method based on GIOWA operator was proposed based on the characteristic of assembling information according to importance.Quantified the complex evaluation index of equipment effectiveness which is difficult to describe accurately through language scale and triangular fuzzy number.Gathered the evaluation information of reordering according to importance and overcame the malpractice of too much influence of subjective factors by GIOWA operator.Simulation results show that this method can obtain more objective evaluation results,and then sort and select the best deployment decision scheme.
