磁性系列水下聚能切割装置研究

摘　　要：根据不同爆破任务,采用聚能爆破切割技术和磁性固定与解脱技术,研制了磁性系列水下聚能切割装置,建立了该系列装置水中接触爆炸钢质靶板的力学物理模型,进行了数值计算,并通过试验研究证实了聚能切割效果。研究表明:该系列装置操作简单、使用方便、质量小、威力大,适用于水中钢结构目标快速切割。According to different demolition tasks,a serials of underwater magnetic shaped charge cutters are researched,which shaped charge cutting and magnetic fixup and extrication technology is applied.Physical model about underwater contact blasting on steel target is done and numerical simulation is finished.The shaped charge cutting effect is validated by test.The results show that this serials of cutters is easy to operation and weight is light,power is high,which is suit for cutting underwater steal target rapidly.
