摘　　要：立足信息作战指挥协同过程,研究指挥协同特性属性到评估指标的映射关系,构建了具有针对性、可测性、独立性的信息作战指挥协同效能评估指标体系并解释各指标项的基本含义,为信息作战指挥协同效能的精确化评估提供借鉴。This paper aims at the current situation of lack of quantitative indicators for information operations command effectiveness evaluation.Based on the process of information warfare command coordination,the paper studies the mapping relationship between the characteristic attributes of command coordination and evaluation indicators,thus establishing targeted and measurable The independent information operation command coordination effectiveness evaluation index system,and explain the basic meaning of each index item,and provide reference for the accurate evaluation of the information operation command coordination effectiveness.
