摘  要:随着互联网、社交网络等技术的发展,数据结构类型日益复杂,大数据时代,用户信息需求更加个性化。个性化服务理念是满足用户个性化信息需求的服务,随着信息化环境泛在化,高校图书馆用户信息使用环境发生变化。高校图书馆如何利用大数据挖掘技术找到满足用户个性化需求的信息是当下面临的重要挑战。高校图书馆开展个性化学科服务具有可行性,是高校图书馆塑造自身形象的需要。文章分析大数据时代高校图书馆服务实践中的问题,探讨高校图书馆大数据个性化服务模式的改进。With the development of Internet,social network and other technologies,data structure types are increasingly complex.In the era of Big Data,users’information needs are more personalized.The concept of personalized service is to meet the personalized information needs of users.With the ubiquitous information environment,the user information use environment of university library has changed.How to use Big Data mining technology to find information to meet the personalized needs of users is an important challenge faced by university libraries.It is feasible for university library to carry out personalized chemistry service,which is the need for university library to shape its own image.This paper analyzes the problems in the service practice of university library in the era of Big Data,and probes into the improvement of personalized service mode of Big Data in university library.
