摘  要:为了提高流量计的动态性能,在分析现有流量计存在问题的基础上,提出了一种新型的科氏粉体流量计,以自测扭矩行星减速器替代原有的减速器和扭矩传感器。介绍了自测扭矩行星减速器的工作原理,对减速器的主要零件进行了结构设计,建立了自测扭矩行星减速器的有限元模型,采用ANSYS对行星齿轮传动的瞬态过程进行仿真分析,得出关键零件的应力分布云图和应力随时间变化曲线图,明确了最大应力分布和最大应力峰值。In order to improve the dynamic performance of the flowmeter,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of the flowmeter,a new type of family-type powder flowmeter is proposed,in which the self-measuring torque planetary reducer is used to replace the original reducer and torque sensor.The working principle of self-measuring torque planetary reducer is introduced,and the main parts of the reducer are designed.The finite element model of self-measuring torque planetary reducer is established.The transient process of planetary gear meshing is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS,and the stress distribution cloud chart and stress variation curve chart with time of key parts are obtained,and the maximum stress distribution and stress peak are defined.
