平台经济赋能电商产业高质量发展的策略

摘　　要：当前我国已经进入互联网数字经济时代,电商产业平台化转型是大势所趋。电商平台模式凭借其资源集聚能力为电商产业链上下游企业赋能,通过持续扩张不断为企业提供更多发展空间,同时也在创造更多客户价值与社会价值,并逐步成为现代经济发展的新动能。然而,新商业模式的出现也会带来一系列监管挑战,而如何处理好创新与合规的关系则是影响电商平台模式发展的重要因素。对此,本文以协同理念提出了电商产业高质量发展的两条路径:通过主观发展能动性,推动传统电商企业平台化转型,提升电商平台价值创造能力;加强电商平台有效监管,在保证市场公平前提下鼓励创新。At present,China has entered the era of Internet digital economy,and the e-commerce industry platform transformation has been the trend of the times.By virtue of its resource gathering ability,the e-commerce platform mode enables the upstream and downstream enterprises of the e-commerce industry chain,continuously provides enterprises with more development space through continuous expansion,and at the same time,creates more customer value and social value,and gradually becomes a new driving force for modern economic development.However,the emergence of new business models will also bring a series of regulatory challenges,and how to handle the relationship between innovation and compliance is an important factor affecting the development of e-commerce platform models.In this regard,this paper proposes two paths for the high-quality development of e-commerce industry based on the concept of collaboration:promoting the platform transformation of traditional e-commerce enterprises through subjective development initiative,and enhancing the value creation ability of e-commerce platforms;and strengthening the effective supervision of e-commerce platforms and encourage innovation on the premise of ensuring market fairness.
