摘 要:广州增城燃气冷热电三联供项目是国内率先投运的H级燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组工程。机组采用“1+1”多轴方案,配置低位布置的西门子SGT5-8000H型燃机和低位布置、侧排汽的西门子SST5-5000型汽机。设计院与主机厂进行了深入协作,开发并成功实施了“H级联合循环低位多轴双跨联合主厂房”方案,该方案规避了单纯对称或简单顺列布置的弊端,成为该类型机组新的优化“典型布置”方案。本文对该创新方案实施的难点之一“低位侧排汽汽轮发电机岛区域的布置设计”的特点进行论述。Guangzhou Zengcheng Gas CCHP Project is the first domestic H-class gas-steam combined cycle power plant.“1+1”multi-shaft configuration,low-level arranged Siemens SGT5-8000H Gas turbine generator unit and low-level arranged steam side exhausting Siemens SST5-5000 Steam turbine generator unit are adopted.After indepth collaboration with Siemens and innovations have been put into practice,the“Low-level Arranged Double Span Structure Main Building for Multi-shaft H-class CCPP”was successfully developed and implemented by the Design Institute.This scheme avoids the shortcomings of simple symmetrical or simple in-line layout,and becomes a new optimized“typical layout”plan for this type of unit.In this paper,layout design characteristics of low-level arranged steam side exhausting steam turbine generator island area,which is one of the difficulties in implementing this innovative solution,is discussed in detail.It provides a reference for similar project designs.
