浅析陈实功“五戒十要”传统医德思想

摘　　要：“健康中国”战略中提出要积极提升医疗服务水平和质量,而医德医风问题是重要内容, 深受社会大众关注。当前的医疗卫生服务群众满意度,并未能伴随着医疗技术的日趋进步而提升,其中作为医疗服务提供方的部分医务人员的医德医风问题则成为主要“解释变量”。在中国传统医学发展历程中,中医吸收传统儒家文化精髓形成了独特的医德传统,较好地处理了此类问题。因此,挖掘中国传统医德思想,赋予其新时代内涵,对于指导解决当代中国医疗实际问题具有不可替代的作用。以陈实功“五戒十要”为代表的传统医德规范,强调精研医术、恪尽职守、济世救人。继承和学习传统医德医风,对于推动新时代医德规范建设、构建和谐医患关系,都具有重要的现实意义。The strategy of “Healthy China” proposes to actively improve the level and quality of medical services,but medical ethics is an important issue,which is deeply concerned by the general public. The current satisfaction of the public in medical and health services has not been improved with the development of medical technology, among which the medical ethics of some medical staff as medical service providers has become the main “explanatory variable”. In the course of the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), TCM absorbed the essence of traditional Confucian culture and formed a unique medical ethics tradition, which handles such problems well.Therefore,to excavate the TCM ethics and endow it with the connotation of the new era will play an irreplaceable role in guiding and solving the practical problems of contemporary TCM. The traditional medical ethics represented by the ideas from “Five Cons and Ten Pros” by Chen Shigong emphasizes that doctors should study their medical skills carefully, fulfill their duties and save others. It is of great practical significance to inherit and learn traditional medical ethics for promoting the construction of medical ethics in the new era and building the harmonious relations between doctors and patients.
