摘 要:中医药的守正与创新离不开中医药人才的培养,而人才培养的关键在于职业信仰的建构与培育。中医学生的职业信仰内涵要从中医学生的特殊身份与院校教育特点出发,挖掘传统资源,特别是以《大医精诚》为考察样本,培养中医学生的信念、使命、责任和担当。促进中医学生以精诚之心守护中医,以传承创新守正中医,以仁爱之心善待患者和以诚挚之心治病救人;同时,通过专业强基、课程建构、职业伦理和实践教育等环节来具体培育中医学生的职业信仰。The tradition and innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is closely related to cultivation of TCM talents, whose key is to construct and cultivate professional faith.To explore the connotation of TCM students’ professional faith,it is necessary to start with TCM students’ special identity and characteristics of TCM colleges, and dig into the traditional resources,especially taking the Virtual of Great Physician as the investigation sample,cultivating TCM students’ sense of faith,mission and responsibility. To encourage TCM students to defend TCM with great virtue, support TCM with inheritance and innovation,treat patients with kindness,and cure and save patients with sincerity. Meanwhile,TCM students’ professional faith can be nurtured specifically by reinforcement of their major basis,course construction,professional ethic and practical education.
