微型锁定板经跗骨窦入路内固定治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折

摘　　要：目的探讨跗骨窦入路结合微型锁定钢板治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法取2016年2月至2018年12月间台州市第一人民医院收治的33例SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者,观察术前和术后7 d Böhler角和Gssnane角,末次随访采用Maryland评分标准评估足功能。结果33例患者术后随访11~16个月,所有患者骨折均愈合,术前Böhler角和Gissanes角分别从(22.06±5.41)°、(98.09±12.87)°纠正到术后的(31.79±4.22)°和(131.15±10.27)°(P<0.05);末次Maryland足功能评分优良率为90.9%。结论跗骨窦入路微型锁定板内固定可以有效治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折,未出现皮肤坏死,并发症少,值得在实际工作中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tarsal sinus approach combined with mini-locking plate in the treatment of Sanders Ⅱand Ⅲ calcaneal fractures.Methods 33 cases of Sanders type Ⅱand Ⅲ calcaneal fractures were treated in Taizhou first people's Hospital from February 2016 to December 2018.The böhler angle and gssnane angle before and after operation were observed in seven days.Maryland score standard evaluated the foot function in the last follow-up.Results We followed 33 patients up for 11~16 months.All fractures were healed.Preoperative böhler angle and gissanes angle were corrected from(22.06±5.41)°and(98.09±12.87)°to(31.79±4.22)°and(131.15±10.27)°(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini locking plate internal fixation through tarsal sinus approach can effectively treat Sanders Ⅱand Ⅲ calcaneal fractures without skin necrosis and fewer complications,which are worthy of promotion.
