摘　　要：临床工作中医务人员锐器伤发生率非常高,导致血源性感染疾病的感染风险增加,对刚走入临床工作的实习护生造成了生理和心理上的伤害,文章综述了近年来护生实习工作中自我效能的研究及应用,制定了提高高职护生自我效能水平的措施,从而达到降低锐器伤对高职护生伤害的目的,为保证护生的身心健康提供理论基础。In clinical work,the chances of sharp instrument injury in medical staff are greater,which leads to the increase of infection risk of blood borne infection diseases,and causes the physical and psychological hurt to nurs⁃ing students who have just begun their career.This paper reviews the research and application of self-efficacy in nursing students'practice in recent years,and formulates measures to improve the self-efficacy level of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,thus to reduce the sharp instrument injury to vocational nursing students,and provide theoretical basis for ensuring the physical and mental health of nursing students.
