中草药饲料添加剂对三黄鸡血液生化指标和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为研究不同剂量的中草药饲料添加剂对三黄鸡血液生化指标和免疫功能的影响,试验选用1日龄健康的三黄鸡150只,随机分成基础日粮组、基础日粮+0.06%阿莫西林组、基础日粮+0.7 g/kg中草药制剂组、基础日粮+1.0 g/kg中草药制剂组、基础日粮+1.3 g/kg中草药制剂组共5个组,采用舍内笼养,试验期为42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比较,基础日粮+1.0 g/kg中草药制剂组的三黄鸡平均日增重增加了11.94%,血液中总蛋白提高了15.3%,与添加阿莫西林组相比提高了13.5%,差异显著(P<0.05)。中草药制剂添加饲喂,可以有效促进三黄鸡免疫器官的发育和血液中非特异性抗体的分泌,尤其是基础日粮+1.0 g/kg中草药制剂试验组三黄鸡的胸腺指数、脾脏指数和法氏囊指数显著高于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.05);同时血液中IgG和IgM含量较对照组分别提高了11.03%和17.39%(P<0.05);与抗生素组相比血液中IgG和IgM含量分别提高了16.05%和18.42%(P<0.05)。由此可见,在三黄鸡仔鸡基础日粮中添加适当剂量的中草药制剂能改善其生长性能和免疫功能。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different doses of Chinese herbal feed additives on the blood index and immune function of yellow chicks.A total of 150 healthy 1-day-age yellow chicks with similar weight were randomly divided into 5 groups,basal diet group as the control group,basal+0.06%amoxicillin group and basal diet+Chinese medicine compound preparation groups(the groups were supplemented with 0.7%,1.0%and 1.3%compound Chinese medicine respectively),with 3 replicates per treatment,10 replicates per treatment.All the chicks were housed in cages for 42 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of yellow chicks in the basal diet+1.0 g/kg Chinese herbal preparation group was increased by 11.94%,the total protein in the blood was increased by 15.3%compared with the control group,the total protein in blood was increased by 13.5%compared with the amoxcillin group(P<0.05).In the results of the immune function of yellow chicks and it was found that the addition of Chinese herbal preparations could effectively promote the development of the immune organs of the yellow chicks and the secretion of non-specific antibodies in the blood,especially the basic diet+1.0 g/kg Chinese herbal preparation test group.Yellow chick’s thymus index,spleen index,bursa index were significantly higher than those of the control group and antibiotic group(P<0.05).At the same time,the content of IgG and IgM levels in blood were increased by 11.03%and 17.39%respectively compared with the control group,and the contents of IgG and IgM in the blood were increased by 16.05%and 18.42%compared with the antibiotic group.It could be seen that adding an appropriate dose of Chinese herbal medicine to the basic diet of yellow chick could improve its growth performance and immune function.
