黄芪多糖对断奶幼兔生长性能、腹泻率及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为研究黄芪多糖(APS)对断奶幼兔生长性能、腹泻率及免疫功能的影响,试验选取100只28日龄的断奶幼兔,随机分为5组,每组20只幼兔。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加100、200、400、800 mg/kg的APS,预试期5 d,正式试验期30 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,200 mg/kg APS组幼兔的末重、增重、平均日增重显著提高,分别提高了12.42%、19.95%、20.36%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低11.11%(P<0.05);400 mg/kg APS组幼兔的末重、增重、平均日增重显著提高,分别提高了17.73%、28.42%和28.45%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低13.55%(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,400 mg/kg APS组幼兔的腹泻率和死亡率显著降低,均降低了50%(P<0.05);800 mg/kg APS组腹泻率显著降低37.5%(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,400 mg/kg APS组IgA的含量显著提高,提高了13.04%(P<0.05);200、400 mg/kg APS组IgG含量显著提高,分别提高了4.98%和6.31%(P<0.05)。综上所述,在幼兔基础日粮中添加APS可以显著提高幼兔生长性能,降低腹泻率和死亡率,并提高机体免疫力,且最适添加量为400 mg/kg。In order to study the effect of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)on the growth performance,diarrhea rate and immune function of weaned young rabbits,10028-day-old weaned young rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups,each with 20 young rabbits.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the experimental group added 100,200,400 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg APS to the basal diet respectively.The pre-test period was 5 days and the formal test period was 30 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the final weight,weight gain and average daily weight gain of young rabbits in 200 mg/kg APS group were significantly increased by 12.42%,19.95%and 20.36%(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to gain was significantly reduced by 11.11%(P<0.05);the final weight,weight gain and average daily weight gain of young rabbits in 400 mg/kg APS group were significantly increased,which increased by 17.73%,28.42%and 28.45%(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to gain was significantly reduced by 13.55%(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the diarrhea rate and mortality of young rabbits in 400 mg/kg APS group were decreased by 50%and 50%(P<0.05);The rate of diarrhea rate in 800 mg/kg APS group was significantly reduced by 37.5%(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the IgA content of 400 mg/kg APS group was increased by 13.04%(P<0.05);the IgG content of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg APS groups was increased by 4.98%and 6.31%(P<0.05).To sum up,adding APS to the basic feed could significantly improve the growth performance of young rabbits,reduce the rate of diarrhea and mortality,improve the body's immunity,and the most appropriate amount was 400 mg/kg.
