摘 要:本文旨在建立一种QuEChERS结合固相萃取净化,高效液相色谱仪测定饲料中乙氧酰胺苯甲酯含量的分析方法。样品经水润湿、乙腈提取,用QuEChERS和中性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱法测定。结果表明:该方法在浓度0.1~20μg/mL内,乙氧酰胺苯甲酯线性良好,相关系数大于0.999,定量限为0.3 mg/kg,平均回收率为89.9%~102.9%,批内变异系数为0.31%~6.33%,批间变异系数为2.74%~6.50%。该方法具有较高的适应性、准确度、重复性和再现性,适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、精料补充料和添加剂预混合饲料中乙氧酰胺苯甲酯的含量测定。This paper was conducted to established a analysis method for the determination of ethopabate in feed by QuEChERS-SPE-high performance liquid chromatography.The sample was wetted with water,was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned by anhydrous magnesium sulfate-PSA-C18 QuEChERS purification agent and neutral alumina solid phase.The linear ranges were from 0.1~20μg/mL with a good linear relationship(≥0.999).The limits of quantification of this method was 0.3 mg/kg.The average recovery rates were from 89.9%~102.9%.The intra and inter assay CV were 0.31%~6.33%and 2.74%~6.50%.The method was high adaptability,accuracy,repeatability and reproducibility.It was suitable for the identification and quantification of ethopabate in compound feed,concentrated feed,concentrate supplement and additive premixed feed.
