摘　　要：为了将电话闭塞法更好地应用在行车组织中,主要从电话闭塞法的含义、流程等方面入手进行阐述,针对存在的不足,提出了改进、创新的思想,旨在建立一个更加全面且完善的电话闭塞法组织体系,优化后的电话闭塞法更具有现实意义和长远意义。In order to apply the telephone block method to the traffic organization better,this paper mainly expounded the meaning and process of the telephone block method,and put forward the idea of improvement and innovation in view of the existing shortcomings,aiming at establishing a more comprehensive and perfect organization system of the telephone block method.The optimized telephone block method has more practical and long-term significance.
