摘　　要：创伤的致残致死率较高,但创伤患者不宜搬动造成检查不便,易延误诊治。床旁即时超声(POCUS)应用范围广,临床价值大。本文主要就POCUS技术在头部创伤、胸腹部损伤及心脏损伤中的应用进行综述,同时对POCUS在四肢长骨骨折、肌肉损伤及急性筋膜室综合征的诊断价值进行概述,以期为POCUS技术对发生率高、伤情严重而复杂的疾病的快速评估提供参考。Trauma has a high disability and fatality rate,but trauma patients should not be moved,which may cause inconvenience and delay in diagnosis and treatment.Point-of-care ultrasound(POCUS)has a wide range of applications and great clinical value.This article mainly reviews the application of POCUS technology in head trauma,chest and abdomen injuries and heart injuries.At the same time,the diagnostic value of POCUS in long bone fractures,muscle injuries and acute compartment syndrome of extremities is summarized,in order to provide a reference for the rapid evaluation of POCUS technology in high incidence,serious and complex diseases.
