糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血清VEGF、ES、TSP水平与眼底病变的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血清VEGF、ES、TSP水平与眼底病变的相关性。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月我院收治的无眼底病变糖尿病患者40例作为无眼底病变糖尿病组、增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者40例作为增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组、非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者40例作为非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组,同时选取同期在我院进行健康体检的人群40例作为参照组,比较三组血肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平,并分析血清VEGF、ES、TSP水平与眼底病变的相关性。结果增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组VEGF水平高于无眼底病变糖尿病组、非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组、参照组,ES水平低于无眼底病变糖尿病组、非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组、参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组TSP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病性视网膜病变患者血清VEGF水平与眼底病变呈正相关(r=0.456,P<0.05),与ES、TSP水平无相关性(r=0.122、0.212,P>0.05)。结论糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的血清VEGF、ES、TSP水平会发生明显变化,且会通过调节VEGF水平影响糖尿病性视网膜病变进程。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum VEGF,ES,TSP levels and fundus diseases in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,40 diabetic patients with no fundus disease were selected as the diabetic group without fundus disease,and 40 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were selected as the proliferative diabetic retinopathy group and non-proliferative diabetic retina.40 cases of diseased patients were treated as non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy group,at the same time,40 cases of people undergoing physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the reference group.The three groups of blood creatinine,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose levels were compared,and the correlation between serum VEGF,ES,TSP levels and fundus lesions was analyzed.Results The blood creatinine,glycosylated hemoglobin,and fasting blood glucose levels of the proliferative diabetic retinopathy group were higher than those of the diabetic group without fundus disease and the reference group,and the course of the disease was longer than that of the diabetic group without fundus disease and the non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy group(P<0.05);Serum creatinine and fasting blood glucose levels in the proliferative diabetic retinopathy group were higher than those in the non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy group(P<0.05);The levels of serum creatinine and glycosylated hemoglobin in the non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy group were higher than those in the diabetes group without fundus disease and the reference group,and the course of disease was longer than that in the diabetes group without fundus disease(P<0.05).The level of VEGF in the proliferative diabetic retinopathy group was higher than that of the diabetic group without fundus disease,the non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy group,and the reference group,and the ES level was lower than the diabetic group without fundus disease,the non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy g
