摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是女性最常见的生殖内分泌疾病之一,典型的临床表现包括稀发排卵和/或无排卵、雄激素过多和多囊卵巢。PCOS与2型糖尿病和心血管疾病的风险增加有关,其主要病理机制为胰岛素抵抗(IR)。IR是PCOS代谢和生殖异常之间的病理联系。在过去的十年中,肌醇因其具有天然、无毒、有效等优点,越来越多地被用于治疗PCOS。与二甲双胍比较,含有肌醇的胰岛素增敏剂被推荐用于PCOS患者的治疗。本文拟从肌醇治疗PCOS-IR的角度进行论述。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common reproductive endocrine disorders in women.Typical clinical manifestations include oligo-ovulation and/or anovulation,excess androgens,and polycystic ovaries.PCOS is associated with an increased risk of diabetes mellitus type 2 and cardiovascular disease,and its main pathological mechanism is insulin resistance(IR).IR is a pathological association between PCOS metabolism and reproductive abnormalities.In the past decade,inositol has been increasingly used in the treatment of PCOS due to its natural,non-toxic,and effective properties.Compared with Metformin,insulin sensitizers containing inositol are recommended for the treatment of patients with PCOS.This review intends to discuss it from the point of view of inositol in the treatment of PCOS-IR.
