摘　　要：直肠前突是引起出口梗阻性排便障碍的重要原因之一,其典型临床表现包括排便困难,明显的排便不尽感和肛门阻塞感,以及会阴部坠胀、疼痛等,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前直肠前突的主要诊疗方式包括内科保守治疗及外科手术治疗,其中,保守治疗主要包括药物、饮食、运动等治疗手段,而外科手术治疗途径包括经肛门,经阴道,经会阴以及经腹部直肠前突修补术。此外,近年来新兴的多学科诊疗模式在直肠前突患者的治疗中或可发挥较明显的作用。目前,针对直肠前突患者的治疗思路多种多样,但其金标准仍有争议。为了使直肠前突的诊疗思路更加清晰,本文将对近年来直肠前突的治疗方式新进展作一综述。Rectocele is one of the important causes of obstructive defecation syndrome,its typical clinical symptoms include difficulty in defecation,obvious sense of incomplete defecation and anal obstruction,as well as perineal swelling and pain,etc.It severely reduces the quality of life.Presently,the treatment of rectocele is mainly through medical non-surgical treatment or surgical intervention.Among them,medical non-surgical treatment mainly includes medication,diet,exercise,etc,while surgical treatment methods includes transanal,transvaginal,transperineal and transabdominal.In addition,the multidisciplinary team treatment method that has emerged in recent years may play a significant role in the treatment of patients with rectocele.At present,there are various treatment methods for patients with rectocele,but the gold standard is still controversial.In order to make the way of advanced surgical treatment of rectocele more clearly and widely understood,this article will focus on the developments in the rectocele treatment in recent years.
