摘 要:磷是不可再生的战略资源,城市污水厂进水中绝大部分的磷经生物处理后以溶解性磷酸盐形式进入污泥中,因此污泥是非常有前景的磷资源。安全有效的磷回收方法是通过结晶沉淀法回收这些溶解态的磷。本研究采用CaO_(2)与污水污泥中的磷生成羟基磷酸钙(HAP)沉淀回收磷,采用三因素三水平的响应曲面法取得了生成HAP结晶回收磷的最佳条件,即初始pH值为8.12、Ca/P摩尔比为2.68、反应时间为64.31 min时磷的最佳回收率为96%。将以上优化结果进行试验验证,试验结果与优化预测的最佳除磷率相差约千分之一,表明优化反应条件可信,对实际生产具有重要指导意义。Phosphorus is a non-renewable strategic resource.Most of the phosphorus in the influent of municipal wastewater treatment plants existed in the sludge in the form of soluble phosphate after biological treatment,making the sludge to be a very promising phosphorus resource.A safe and effective phosphorus recovery method is to recover these dissolved phosphorus by the crystallization precipitation method.In this paper,CaO_(2) and phosphorus in the sewage sludge were used to produce the calcium hydroxyphosphate(HAP) to recover the phosphorus.The three-factor and three-level response surface method was applied to obtain the optimum conditions for producing HAP crystals and recovering the phosphorus,i.e.,the initial pH value was 8.12,the Ca/P molar ratio was 2.68,and the reaction time as 64.31 min,resulting in the optimum recovery rate of the phosphorus was 96%.Related experiments were conducted to verify the optimization results mentioned above,the difference between the test results and the predicted consequences was about one thousandth,indicating that the optimized reaction conditions were credible and had important guiding significance for actual production.
