摘 要:通过对有关文献的研究,国内对小叶黄杨研究目前集于植物抗性机理、扦插扩繁、植物配置研究等园林绿化方面,以及各医疗机构对小叶黄杨药用价值方面的开发研究。国外在植物科学与农学领域中关于黄杨病虫害、生理及黄杨属遗传关系等方面有深入研究。从小叶黄杨化学成分、药用价值、生态习性、引种与栽培、学术指数分析等方面进行归纳、总结,并提出了小叶黄杨的研究和应用展望。未来应收集小叶黄杨资源,开展抗逆性育种、分子生物学方面的研究,挖掘其特有基因等,为获得优良品种提供保障,也为小叶黄杨及药用灌木的引种、药用成分的提取等提供理论依据。Based on the study of the relevant literature,the research on Buxus sinica in China was currently focused on the plant resistance mechanism,cutting propagation,plant configuration research and other landscaping aspects,as well as the development and research on the medicinal value.In the field of plant science and agronomy,in-depth researches on the diseases and insect pests,physiology and genetic relationship of Buxus L.were carried out in foreign countries.The chemical compositions,medicinal value,ecological habits,introduction and cultivation,and index analysis of the Buxus sinica were summarized,and related research and application prospects were put forward.In the future,the resources should be collected,studies on the stress resistance breeding and molecular biology should be carried out,and its unique genes should be excavated,so as to provide guarantee for obtaining excellent varieties,and also theoretical basis for the introduction of Buxus sinica and medicinal shrubs,and the extraction of medicinal components.
