电针联合胎盘多肽注射液足三里注射治疗卵巢储备功能下降临床疗效及对性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察电针联合胎盘多肽注射液足三里注射治疗卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)的临床疗效及对性激素水平的影响。方法将89例DOR患者随机分为2组,治疗组45例予电针联合胎盘多肽注射液足三里注射治疗,对照组44例单纯予胎盘多肽注射液足三里注射治疗。2组均治疗3个月经周期。比较2组疗效;观察2组治疗前后血清性激素水平变化;比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率88.37%(38/43),对照组总有效率46.51%(20/43),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、FSH/LH均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),雌二醇(E 2)较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组FSH、LH、FSH/LH均低于对照组(P<0.05),E 2高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后月经量少、月经周期缩短、腰膝痠软、腹胀便溏、烘热汗出、神疲乏力、情绪不稳评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论电针联合胎盘多肽注射液足三里注射治疗DOR,能改善患者血清性激素水平和中医症状,提高疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with placenta polypeptide injection on treatment of diminished ovarian reservation(DOR)function by Zusanli(ST36)injected.Methods A total of 89 patients with DOR were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture combined with Zusanli injection of placenta polypeptide injection(n=45),while the control group were treated with Zusanli injection of placenta polypeptide injection simply(n=44).Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles,the changes of serum sex hormone levels and traditon Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were observed and compared in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total response rates in treatment group and control group were 88.37%(38/43)and 46.51%(20/43),respectively,the curative effect was better in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FSH,LH,FSH/LH of two groups were all lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and E 2 was higher than before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,FSH,LH,and FSH/LH of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and E 2 of the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of less menstruation,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,emotional instability,sphoria with feverish sensation in chest,palms and soles,reheating sweating and total score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with placenta polypeptide injection on treatment of DOR function by Zusanli injected,it can improve the serum sex hormone level and TCM symptoms of patients,and improve the curative effect.
