摘  要:为了提升喷雾冷却等液滴蒸发应用过程的瞬态蒸发速率,该文探究纳米颗粒的加入对液滴瞬态蒸发特性的影响规律。通过可视化实验研究了水基CuO、Al_(2)O_(3)纳米流体液滴在加热铜基板上的瞬态蒸发速率,测量了液滴蒸发过程中接触角、接触半径等形态参数随时间变化关系,并分析了纳米颗粒质量分数、基板加热温度对纳米流体液滴瞬态蒸发速率的影响规律。实验结果表明:纳米颗粒的加入有利于提升液滴蒸发速率,当基板温度为45℃时,与纯水液滴瞬态蒸发速率单调递减规律不同,2%质量分数的纳米流体液滴的瞬态蒸发速率随时间呈现先降低后升高的变化规律;在较高基板温度(60℃、75℃)时,纳米颗粒对液滴瞬态蒸发速率提升作用并不是随着颗粒浓度的增加而一直增加。实验发现1%质量分数纳米流体液滴蒸发速率要高于0.1%与2%质量分数液滴。In order to increase the transient evaporation rate in the application process of droplet evaporation such as spray cooling,this paper explores the influence of the addition of nanoparticles on the transient evaporation characteristics of the droplets.An experimental study on the transient evaporation characteristics of nanofluid droplets is carried out.The transient evaporation rate of water-based CuO and Al_(2)O_(3) nanofluid droplets on the heated substrate surface was experimentally studied.Through the visualization method,the relationship between the contact angle,contact radius and other morphological parameters with time in the process of droplet evaporation was captured in real time,so as to obtain the droplet transient evaporation rate.The influence of nano particle mass fraction and substrate temperature on the droplet transient evaporation rate was analyzed.Experimental results show that:(1)The addition of nanoparticles is conducive to increasing the evaporation rate of droplets.When the substrate temperature is 45℃,the transient evaporation rate of 2%mass fraction of nanofluid droplets decreases first and then increases with time,which is different from the monotonic decline rule of the transient evaporation rate of pure water droplets.(2)At higher substrate temperatures(60℃,75℃),the effect of nanoparticles on the transient evaporation rate of droplets does not increase with the increase of particle concentration.The experiment shows that the evaporation rate of 1%mass fraction nanofluid droplets is higher than that of 0.1%and 2%mass fraction droplets.
