摘　　要：传统村落保护利用的发展趋势已从单一关注村落本体,转变为区域尺度及村落群体的视角。浙江传统村落的内涵与范围涵盖了国家级、省级历史文化名村与传统村落以及省级历史文化村落,分为五大文化地理分区。传统村落空间分布为凝聚(集聚)型,从空间集聚、山水关联、道路关联、城市关联进行多维度空间分析,评估传统村落空间影响力;通过自然文化资源、特色路径与特征线路的要素整合,传统村落分为优先、重点、一般保护利用型;落实国土空间全域全要素保护开发要求,构建全省"四级十五片区"的传统村落保护利用格局,并进行保护利用要素引导与管控的探索与思考。The development trend of traditional villages protection and utilization has changed from a single focus on the villages to a perspective of regional scale and village groups.This paper defines the connotation and scope of traditional villages in Zhejiang Province covers national and provincial historical and cultural villages and traditional villages,as well as provincial historical and cultural villages,which are divided into five cultural and geographical regions.The spatial distribution of traditional villages is agglomerative type.The spatial influence of traditional villages is evaluated by multidimensional spatial analysis from spatial agglomeration,Landscape Association,road Association and City Association.Through the integration of natural cultural resources,characteristic paths and characteristic routes,traditional villages can be divided into priority,key and general protection and utilization types.Carry out the requirements of all factors protection and development of land and space,construct the"four levels and twelve areas"pattern of protection and utilization of traditional villages in the whole province,and to explore and think about the guidance and control of protection and utilization elements.
