摘　　要：In deep winter,the Changtang Nature Reserve,seated 5,000meters above sea level on average,appears as a land covered in ice and snow.This place is a genuine alpine treasure marked by frigid weather conditions.The terms "alpine" and"frigid" aside,the most significant local characteristic is the rampant wind,often at or just under gale force.
