装备课程中实战化教学措施的探索运用

摘　　要：针对某型装备课程在生长干部学员、职业技术教育士官和初级预选士官3个层次班次的教学定位、教学重点、教学内容、教学装备等方面与实战化教学要求存在的差距,通过明确岗位需求、培养教员能力、更新教学内容、建设功能模拟器、部队数据案例进课堂等措施,提高了学员的知识结构、岗位技能和综合运用能力,使学员达到部队岗位任职要求,取得了良好效果。A certain type equipment course for three levels of classes of growing cadres students,vocational and technical education sergeants and preselected sergeants.On actual combat teaching reform,the course has been improved in teaching orientation,teaching focus,teaching content,teaching equipment,etc.through measures such as clarifying job requirements,training teachers'capabilities,updating teaching content,building reduced-function simulators,and introducing military cases.Through studying courses,the students'knowledge structure,post skills and comprehensive application ability are improved,and the students are able to meet the requirements of the army's post and achieved good results.
