摘  要:针对当前空调散热器工艺生产中常用除油工艺的局限性,本文提出了节能环保的真空干燥除油法,并就真空干燥除油箱体内温度场进行研究,利用FLUENT中DO模型仿真得到:在热源加热稳定的真空箱体内,分两层间隔布置的散热翅片的适宜摆放位置在箱体下半区域,该区域内温差较小,温差在7℃左右,其次对有效加热区范围进行了相关探讨,然后利用控制变量法建立起了热源总功率P与箱体体积V的理论模型,对除油箱设计具有一定的理论指导意义。In view of the limitations of the present degreasing process commonly used in the production of the air-conditioning radiator, we propose an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly vacuum drying degreasing method and investigate the temperature field of the vacuum drying degreasing tank.Based on the DO model in FLUENT,the simulation results are as follows: Firstly, in the vacuum tank stably heated by a heat source, the suitable position of fins arranged in the two-layer interval is in the lower half of the tank, where the temperature difference is small and the temperature difference is about 7℃.Secondly, the range of effective heating zone is discussed, Then the theoretical model of total power P of the heat source and volume V of the tank are established by means of control variable method, which has certain theoretical guiding significance for the design of degreasing tank.
