摘 要:采用多弧离子镀膜的方法在空压机转子QT600表面制备AlCrN涂层,详细研究干滑动摩擦条件下,不同载荷对涂层和基体的滑动摩擦学特性。研究结果表明:转子基体的磨损形式主要为黏着与磨粒磨损,载荷越高,磨粒磨损越严重;AlCrN涂层在2N载荷下的磨损形式主要为黏着磨损,在8N载荷下主要为黏着与磨粒磨损。The surfaces of QT600 rotor, of an air compressor, were modified and reconditioned with AlCrN coatings synthesized by multi arc ion plating.The influence of the AlCrN coatings on the microstructures, phases and tribological properties, including the hardness, wear resistance and friction coefficient, was investigated with X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and conventional mechanical probes.The results show that the AlCrN coatings, mainly comprising AlCrN,CrN,AlN phased grains and deposited under the optimized conditions significantly improved the tribological behavior of QT600 rotor surface, especially the friction coefficient and wear resistance.The adhesive wear, at a load of 2 N and abrasive wear, at a load of 8 N,were found to account for the wear mechanisms, respectively.
