摘  要:目的:探讨生物剂量学新技术在野战环境中核辐射检测的应用前景。方法:通过对现有生物剂量学技术和生物剂量学新技术进行分类总结,研究生物剂量学技术在野战环境中的实际应用。结果:生物剂量测量涉及军事医疗支持的4个阶梯,综合多参数生物剂量测定系统可以实现生物剂量学的多方位测定。结论:生物剂量学技术的应用对于减轻核事故、核与辐射恐怖事件的放射性后果,保护军民的生命财产安全,有效配置我军卫勤医疗资源具有十分重要的意义。Objective:To discuss the application prospect of new biomedical dosimetry technology in nuclear radiation detection in field environment.Methods:By classifying and summarizing the existing biomedical dosimetry techniques and the new biomedical dosimetry techniques,the application of biomedical dosimetry techniques in field environment were analyzed.Results:Biomedical dosimetry involved four steps of military medical support,and the comprehensive multi-parameter biomedical dosimetry system could realize the multi-direction measurement of biomedical dosimetry.Conclusion:The application of biomedical dosimetry technology is of great significance to reduce the radioactive consequences of nuclear accidents,nuclear and radiological terrorist events,protect the safety of lives and property of military and civilians,and effectively allocate medical resources of our military medical service.
