摘　　要：目的探讨酒精所致的精神和行为障碍患者复饮影响因素及其干预策略。方法回顾性调查佛山市第三人民医院就诊的98例酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者,患者出院后进行回访,了解患者1年内是否复饮,收集患者基本资料,分析复饮的影响因素。结果98例患者中57例1年内未复饮,占58.16%,41例患者复饮,占41.84%。单因素分析发现是否独居、酗酒家族史、抑郁程度、焦虑程度、生活满意度与患者是否复饮有关(P<0.05);多因素Logisti回归分析显示独居、抑郁以及焦虑程度是患者复饮的独立危险因素(P<0.05),对生活满意度则为保护因素(P<0.05)。结论酒精所致的精神和行为障碍患者治疗后复饮率较高,护理人员应针对其影响因素提供有效的干预,降低复饮率。Objective To explore the influencing factors and intervention strategies of alcohol-induced mental and Behavioral Disorders.Methods 98 patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders were investigated retrospectively.The patients were followed up after discharge to find out whether they had resumed drinking within one year,the influencing factors of redrinking were analyzed.Results Among the 98 patients,57(58.16%)did not resume drinking within one year,and 41(41.84%)did Univariate analysis showed that whether the patients lived alone,family history of alcoholism,depression,anxiety,life satisfaction were related to whether the patients relapsed(P<0.05).Logistic Regression analysis showed that the degree of living alone,depression and anxiety were independent risk factors for Relapse(P<0.05),while the degree of life satisfaction was protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The relapse rate of patients with mental and behavioral disorders caused by alcohol is high after treatment.The nursing staff should provide effective intervention according to the influencing factors to reduce the relapse rate.
