摘　　要：目的对比两种不同用药方式治疗华支睾吸虫病的临床疗效。方法纳入我院2017年2月—2020年3月收治的华支睾吸虫病患者1500例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组以及研究A、B组,每组500例,对照组接受三苯双脒治疗,研究组根据年龄的不同,分为研究A组、研究B组,均接受三苯双脒联合吡喹酮治疗,对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果研究A组、B组TNF-α、IL-4、sIL-2R、IFN-γ水平均低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),研究A、B组组间对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究A组、B组的虫卵减少率、转阴人数均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后每克粪便虫卵数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组A组与B组对比,虫卵减少率、转阴人数、每克粪便虫卵数无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究组A组与B组治疗有效率对比无显著差异(P>0.05);研究A、B组治疗有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究A组与B组不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05);研究A、B组不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论华支睾吸虫病患者采用三苯双脒联合吡喹酮治疗,能有效提升临床疗效,改善血清炎症水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of two different medication methods in treating Clonorchis sinensis.Methods 1500 patients with Clonorchis sinensis admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study A and B groups by using the digital table method,with 500 cases in each group.The control group received tamoxifen,while the study group was divided into study group A and study group B according to different ages,all of which received tamoxifen combined with praziquantel.Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-4,sIL-2R and IFN-γin study group A and B were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between study group A and B(P>0.05).The egg reduction rate and the number of negative eggs in study group A and B were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the number of eggs per gram of feces before treatment.After treatment,the study group A and B were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared the study group A and B,there was no significant difference in egg reduction rate,negative number and egg number per gram of feces.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between group A and group B in the study group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the effective rates of study group A and B were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between group A and group B(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in study group A and B was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Triphenyldimidine combined with praziquantel can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with clonorchiasis and improve the level of serum inflammation,which is worth popularizing.
