石油员工心理应激中介因素与生活满意感的相关研究

摘　　要：探讨心理应激中介因素与生活满意之间的关系,为提高石油勘探开发员工的生活满意感提供理论依据。方法:采用横向研究的方式对344名石油勘探开发员工进行了《生活满意感指数A》、《生活事件量表》、《应对方式问卷》和《领悟社会支持量表》问卷调查。他人支持、消极应对、环境事件、朋友支持可预测石油勘探开发员工生活满意感变异量的18.8%(F=19.634,p <0.05)。石油勘探开发员工的生活事件、应对方式、社会支持与生活满意感之间均相关,特别是他人支持、消极应对、环境事件、朋友支持对其生活满意感具有显著影响。增加社会支持,提高对支持的领悟度;同时,改善应对方式,提高应对技巧对于提高石油勘探开发员工的生活满意感就显得尤为重要。Based on cross-sectional questionnaire surveys including Life Satisfaction Item A, Life Events Scale, Coping Style Questionnaire and Perception Social Support Scale, this study intends to explore the relationship between mental stress factors and life satisfaction and provides theoretical basis for improving the life satisfaction of the petroleum exploration and development staff. Indication suggests that support from others,negative coping,environmental events and friends’ support can effectively predict 18.8% variance of life satisfaction(F= 19.634, p < 0.05). Life events,coping style,social support and life satisfaction are interrelated. Especially, others’ support,negative response, environmental events and friends’ support have significant impact on their life satisfaction. So, increasing social support, and comprehending the degree of support, meanwhile, improving the response and coping skills is particularly important for improving the life satisfaction of employees.
