互联网使用、非农就业与农机社会化服务--基于CLDS数据的经验分析

摘　　要：基于CLDS2016年数据,采用中介效应模型以及条件混合过程估计方法,实证检验互联网使用对农户采纳农机社会化服务的影响及其机理。结果表明:使用互联网可以使农户采纳农机社会化服务的概率提升9个百分点,在进行稳健性检验与工具变量法克服内生性后,所得结论依然成立;进一步的研究验证互联网对农户采纳农机服务行为的个体差异性,发现互联网对农户采纳农机服务的影响主要存在于中等收入阶层、高学历水平以及较多社会资本群体中;影响机制分析表明,劳动力的非农就业行为在互联网使用影响农户采纳农机社会化服务中起到完全机制作用。因此,在推进农业现代化的进程中,不可忽视互联网对于农业发展的积极作用,应不断完善农村地区的网络基础设施建设,提高农户对于互联网的应用能力。Based on CLDS 2016 data,the paper uses the intermediary effect model and the conditional mixed process estimation method to empirically test the impact of Internet use on farmers’adoption of agricul⁃tural machinery socialization services and its mechanism.The results show that using the Internet increases the probability of farmers adopting services on agricultural machinery by 9 percentage points.The conclusion re⁃mains valid after the robustness test and tool variable method overcome endogenousity.Further research veri⁃fies the effect of individual differences of the Internet on farmers’adoption of agricultural machinery services,and finds that the influence of the Internet on farmers’adoption of agricultural machinery services mainly ex⁃ists in middle-income class,the better educated and the groups with more social capital.Analysis of the influ⁃ence mechanism shows that the non-farm employment behavior of the labor force plays a full mechanism role in the effect of Internet use on farmers’adoption of agricultural machinery socialization service.Therefore,in promoting agricultural modernization,we should not ignore the positive role of the Internet in agricultural de⁃velopment.It is necessary to constantly improve the network infrastructure construction in rural areas and farm⁃ers’ability to use the Internet.
